The Ceremonial leader of the IGC, he used to be a scientist working on a "Großsoldat" formula, but then was severely wounded in a blast, disfiguring him, but imbuing him with great power. He then proceeded to use the now perfected serum to make a small company of soldiers.
He is also the successor to the German Empire's throne.

The soldiers from AMES (Arctic Mining and Equipment Suppliers) aren't very tough, as they do not take the Großsoldat formula, but are nonetheless reliable fighters, being stealthier and speedier than the heavily armored IGC Troopers.
